Adding bot blocks

The second building component you will use are bot blocks, available by clicking the blue chatbot button at the bottom of each block.

A bot block is a chatbot reply to customer intent.

An intent is chatbot jargon that refers to the goal of a customer query, which may be expressed with text, media, webpage behaviour, etc. Similarly, your chatbot can reply to customers with a variety of text, media, and logic.

To delete a bot block click on the three dots on the top right of each block and select Delete.

To rename a bot block, double click on the name of the block and type the new name.


Best practice

Rename your bot blocks so they are easy to search later on.
