The satisfaction survey allows customers to voice their opinion after an agent ends a chat.
To enable the survey form go to BUILD > CHANNELS > Webchat > Customer Rating Form and toggle the enable button on.
You can fill the fields if you want the text to be different from the standard one. On the right-hand side, you'll see a preview of what your satisfaction survey will look like.
Please note that the satisfaction survey will only appear in Webchat channel.
When the user fills out the survey and presses SEND, the agent will see the result in the chat window. The satisfaction survey will also be available under the HISTORY tab of CHAT.
