A dynamic report is a highly customized statistical report of performance of the Proto AICX platform. Contact centers have complex organizational structures and responsibilities, and this often requires granular KPI monitoring capability.
A new report can be created by applying filters to existing reports. Start by selecting a report from the menu at the top of the page.
In the sidebar on the right, adjust the metrics as desired, and then click SAVE AS.
To download a report, click the download icon located above the graph.
