Hyperlink block

The hyperlink block allows the chatbot to display the links in hyperlink form between the bot messages.

Hyperlink is only available in Webchat, Viber, Webhook, Mobile SDK & Bitrix24 channels.

To add a hyperlink block to a dialogue flow, click the blue chatbot button and select Hyperlink Block.

Add the URL in the Link field, add the hyperlink label in the Label field and click SAVE.

Please add the translation in the Label field if your bot supports multiple languages.
