Testing chatbots

To test the dialogue flow of a chatbot, click TEST CHAT.

Use the TEST CHAT to review the chatbot dialogue for any errors and/or breaks in the chat.

Note

You will not be able to test the agent takeover block, JSON API block, email block and create case block. Instead use the demo page found in the Webchat.
