Filtering human profiles

To filter human profiles associated with a chatbot, go to the filter section in PROFILES.

The Type has two categories:

  • Known profiles have identifiable contact info such as name, email address and phone number.
  • Unknown profiles do not have contact info

The Channels show all the channels that have been enabled for that chatbot.

The Keywords refer to the identifiable phrases that can be used to search for a human profile.‍

The Tags refer to the variables associated with a human profile.
