The bot media block allows chatbots to share media content with customers, such as images, documents, and video or audio files.
To add a bot media block to a dialogue flow, click the blue chatbot button and select Media.
Drag-and-drop or upload the media that the chatbot will send. The supported file formats are:
- Image - JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF
- Video - MP4, WAV, AVI, MOV
- Audio - MP3, M4A
- File - PDF, docx, xlsx, csv, pptx
The maximum media file attachment size the chatbot can accept is 20MB.
