The SNAPSHOT tab in Analytics is an overview of chatbot performance.
To navigate the SNAPSHOT page, choose the desired chatbot from the menu in the header.
The QUICK STATS section summarizes the most important chatbot metrics for the past 24 hours.
The HUMAN HEATMAP section displays the popularity of a chatbot according to location. Hovering your cursor over the heatmap will display the total number of customers in that particular country in the last 30 days.
